Small-batch breads, whole-food groceries, and ingredients that taste like they were meant to be here. Welcome to 471 Nutrition — where every shelf tells a story and every loaf has a reason to exist.
471 Nutrition is more than a grocery — it's a statement. Located along Highway 471 in Brandon, Mississippi, we curate a collection of small-batch baked goods, whole-food staples, and thoughtfully sourced pantry items for people who read labels and care where their food comes from.
Our Story
We started 471 Nutrition with one simple frustration: in a world of ultra-processed everything, it was becoming harder to find food that didn't come with a chemistry set. So we built a place that flips the script.
Every bread we bake is small-batch, every ingredient we stock is intentional, and every product on our shelves has passed a standard we'd hold for our own tables. We're not chasing trends — we're building a pantry you can trust.
What We Offer
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal loaves — baked fresh every morning using traditional fermentation and the finest local flour.
Buttery croissants, rustic tarts, and sweet loaves made from scratch. Our pastry case changes with the seasons and what's best that week.
Grains, legumes, oils, vinegars, and condiments sourced from producers who share our standards. No fillers, no nonsense — just real food.
Mississippi honey, farm-fresh eggs, specialty spices, and rotating selections from local producers. Supporting regional food growers is part of who we are.
Our Philosophy
If we wouldn't feed it to our families, it doesn't cross our threshold. Period.
Our breads ferment naturally. Our recipes don't rush. Good food can't be hurried.
We source locally, give locally, and believe a neighborhood grocery should be a place people want to return to.
